Early Rocket Engine

One of the earliest rocket powered aircraft worth noting was the United States Air Force X-15. This aircraft broke several records in the 1960s. Several of the flights went down in history as space flight because they surpassed altitudes of 50 miles. The pilots that piloted these particular flights were awarded status as Astronauts. As in the flight of the Bell X-1 aircraft being carried under the wing of a modified B-29, the X-15 was carried into flight under the wing of a B-52. The maximum speed attained during flight was Mach 6.72.

Fastest Rocket Powered Aircraft

One of the fastest rocket powered aircrafts first built that isn't heard of much is the Boeing X43A. It achieved speeds of Mach 10. Due to its engine design, it could travel at higher speeds than the conventional engines. This plane has not been discussed as much probably because it is an unmanned aircraft. These test aircraft were not designed to land but would crash into the ocean after completion of their test flights.

What Recent Google Changes Mean

With recent changes in search engine algorithms, experts now say that a 1000 links from different websites with low levels of Page Rank work better in increasing your rankings within the organic results of Google than fewer links from a handful of high PR sites.

Another part of the algorithm that people don’t quite understand, is the quality of the page that the link is on relative to your website and/or page it is directed to. Google looks at where the link is placed on the website and gives more value when the link is within textual content as opposed to sitting at the bottom of the page in a list of links.

This is just two out of the many reasons why the popular Blogitive program was created to help site owners increase link popularity. Blogitive currently has thousands of Blogs within its network and is growing every day. Through Blogitive you can submit a web release (mini press release) to these Bloggers and they will write about your release and link to your website in any manner you want, including any URL and any keyword phrase. Blogitive has proven to be extremely effective in increasing link popularity and is also very cost effective.

History And Flying Today

There is no doubt that when history is one day told about the times in which we live, commercial aviation and the increased security threat associated with terrorism will feature prominently in any narrative or documentation. And that chapter will have to start with the events of September 11th 2001 when the world as we knew it changed forever.

Images Of 9/11 Will Linger

Images of the burning twin towers shortly after the commercial planes carrying passengers flew straight into them will forever linger on the minds of many. Nothing like it had never happened before. This was a disaster that could just not be compared. Even the sinking of the Titanic would have been compared with other ships, albeit of smaller size, sinking before it.
